Inclusion Confusion Equity Error Racism Reversed Discrimination Decoder
What’s DEI? Diversity, Equity and Inclusion of all types of people including diversity of skin color, gender, sexual preferences, religious beliefs, nationality, etc.. Democrats move to legalize all this.
Republicans look at this differently. Should the government and businesses fabricate and manipulate a workforce to look a certain way? Republicans would no soon do this than tell a person how to cut their hair. Not only is that an incredibly controlling mandate, it has proven to be ineffective and demoralizing. Trump has removed these controls from government jobs and corporations are following suit.
Trump has also removed the official broad government labels of identifying Americans. Going forward, official government communication will address and pertain to men and women only, for practical purposes. The breadth of options relating to the way people dress, feel, identify, partner and make surgical adjustments is not practical to abide by as it becomes a massive undertaking of legal compliance. It is complicated and introduces safety issues in sports. However, there is no loss to full all-American protection using these two foundational terms.
Addressing people in society, as always, includes respect and acknowledgment of a person's unique preferences. Also as always, this does not dictate official government, corporate or social mandates. Manners are not mandated.
Does this mean that Republicans oppose or have distain for those who are different, or in the minority or majority? Never. It means that life flows exactly as it should with kind regard for our fellow man, legal simplicity and the complete freedom to befriend, hire and support the most competent candidates and enjoy any differences they bring.
CARRIE CARES POLITICAL DICTIONARY:
EQUALITY We’re all equally worthy with equal rights and opportunity.
RACISM Believing one race is superior to another or acting on it.
NOT RACISM Advancing people for merit with no regard for color.
DISCRIMINATION Advancing or ignoring people over race, color, religion, sex, national origin.
DIVERSITY Advancing people with diverse origins, ethnicities and private, personal life choices.
EQUITY Advancing those with certain physical, external features to level out wealth, jobs, wins, gains, etc.
INCLUSION Advancing people of particular races, genders, etc. to give them an advantage.
CANCELLING Penalizing, sabotaging or firing those who don’t agree with one’s political view.
These D.E.I. words have come to mean much the same thing. That is, hiring and honoring diverse people to make the workforce or group have a fair-looking, blended physical appearance and for those people to have a variety of types of sex and worship after work. Merit not considered. Didn’t Earn It. (DEI)
This is laughable. It’s cryable. Talk about emphasizing those who don’t fit in, embarrassing those who seem to be born differently, humiliating those who have been promoted without qualification, crushing those who have, offending those with private, social or sexual views and horrifying those who view men as equal.
Equality is an irrefutable constant.
Equity (a word newly defined in political use) never works. Equity, or the redistributing of wealth, opportunity, jobs, awards and recognition, based on the misfortunes of certain groups in society, suddenly spells loss. Though designed to make society fair, it back-fires. It is loss to the hard-working, competent person standing in place who has earned advancement and was bypassed. They are now the recipient of a sad feeling of bygone incentive, tainted goals, dashed dreams. Next around us is the incompetency of the person who got the job they weren’t ready for. This has to be intimidating. And worse, here comes a dash of entitlement, false confidence, ineptness, failure and a nose-dive into poverty for the company and the country. Every time.
Let’s not forget: DEI is discrimination. Discrimination is illegal. Advantages and disadvantages for sex, color, race, origin and religion are illegal. We have had that all-American safeguard in place for decades. (Civil Rights Act of 1964.) It’s at the bottom of every job application.
We honor the individual on the inside. This is America.
