HERE’S WHY

BIRTHRIGHT:  Trump was voted into office.  Not born into it.

COMPLIANCE:  He complies with the Constitution, takes a few liberal delays with legal regulation, and respects and honors a subpoena.

OVERRIDING DUE PROCESS: Regarding due process for illegal aliens, you have to remember they’re foreign illegals.  So, of course we have to put them back before anything.  National security is paramount.

BYPASSING CONGRESS - IRAN:  If Trump declared war on Iran without Congress approval, you would be right, but he didn’t do that.  Lesser secret military acts are permitted at the discretion of the President with certain regulations and this is what he conducted.  If these acts were not secret they wouldn’t work.  He did not declare war.  War is much bigger.  After undeniable warning, Trump successfully obliterated Iran’s nuclear weapon facility.

BYPASSING CONGRESS – TO BUILD A BORDER WALL:  Trump rightly declared a national emergency with the massive influx of illegal migrants.  This legally enabled him to act swiftly and independently of congressional approval to close and secure our border.

OVERPASSING JUDGES – DEPORTING ILLEGAL ALIENS:  Yes, the Constitution grants all people due process, also known as “habeas corpus”.  But it also grants protection against foreign encroachment.  This threat trumps due process.  No judge can overrule this.  Any comment or judge’s “order” to the contrary is unconstitutional.

CRITICIZING THE PRESS:  A classical king, oligarch or totalitarian would not permit the press.  Trump does.  This is America.  He, too, has every right as an American to state that he finds many reporters liars who are politically motivated.  If he thinks that, it is only right for him to say so.  Trump calls them “Fake News”.  In fact, he fundamentally respects the press enough, as an essential facet of democracy, that he allows all new types of reporters and influencers at press conferences, as opposed to what’s known as the usual legacy media.

ISSUING A TRAVEL BAN:  Travelers from certain Muslim countries were temporarily banned from entry into U.S. for national security and not for any other reason.  National security is paramount.

INCITING AN “INSURRECTION”:  Misrepresentation.  A calm protest became a riot, not an insurrection.  An insurrection is an intended government takeover.  In a speech, Trump raised viable concerns about the validity of the 2020 election outcome, saying, “We’re going to walk down to the Capitol... and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women…..If you don’t fight like hell, (figure of speech) you’re not going to have a country anymore.”  Protesters infiltrated the Capitol Building with eventual rising hostility.  Some feel hostility was incited by the opposition under cover.  Requests for the National Guard were deliberately delayed by the opposition. Five people died at or near the Capitol or after the riot by stress, not direct assault, except one girl was shot and killed by security with zero legitimate provocation.

RETAINING CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS AT HOME:  This accusation is fair.  Since 1978 with the Presidential Records Act, Presidents have not been permitted to have such documents at home.  In the past such a law would have been considered petty.  Both Biden and Trump had documents at home and all documents were returned.

EXERTING POWER:  The only power Trump has is that which was granted him upon becoming President.  This is the only power he exerts.

MULTIPLE EXECUTIVE ORDERS:  Presidents may sign and enact executive orders, bypassing Congress.  Trump has signed more executive orders than most modern presidents.   These orders represented the will of the people who voted for him. While many, these orders are perfectly legal and are subject to judicial review.

POSSESSING POLITICAL INFLUENCE:  Donald Trump has always been a wealthy businessman and social figure of high social standing with a known work ethic and personal fortitude.  He earned this.  He is a compelling, transparent, creative, caring and solution-oriented person.  He has a record of success.  When he speaks people relate, listen and vote for him.  Then he delivers.

ENDING WAR, WASTE, CRIME, INFLATION, DEBT, TERROR, TALL TARIFFS, POOR HEALTH:  While a king can do all of this, this elected president can and is doing it, “like no other”, as he would say, as the record proves.
